Postseason Folkstyle Info

1) Dues for the Postseason Folkstyle: $75, which covers practices for the month of March. Our training will be aimed at preparing for the NHSCA National Tournament.  This tournament is for 6th-12th grade wrestlers March 28-30, 2025 in Virginia Beach, VA. Please pay dues through the link found on this website (please make sure you pay the “Postseason Folkstyle dues”).
2) Postseason folkstyle practices are open to youth wrestlers (1 st grade – 8 th grade) and high school
wrestlers (9 th grade – 12 th grade). The Postseason Folkstyle practices will be geared towards wrestlers who have prior wrestling experience, so it is recommended that 1 st year wrestlers sign up for the regular season.
3) All wrestlers must fill out a Wrestler Info & Consent Form found on this website under “Forms”. Please fill out the forms even if you have filled them out in past seasons.
4) Required equipment: athletic shorts / pants, T-shirt, and wrestling shoes. Mouthpieces are required for those with braces.
5) Recommended equipment: Headgear, which can be purchased at Dicks, Hibbetts, Academy Sports, and Amazon.
6) Postseason Folkstyle practices for the 2024/2025 season will be held 2 days a week in the annex
building at the Fayette Center of Innovation located at 250 Peachtree Parkway, Peachtree City, GA. The annex building / wrestling room is the stand alone building on the left side of school when facing the school from Peachtree Parkway. Practices will be run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 PM. Practices will start on March 4, 2025 and end on March 27, 2025. Please see calendar (found on this website) which will be updated during the season.
7) Tournaments: As mentioned above, training will be aimed at preparing for the NHSCA National
Tournament.  This tournament is for 6th-12th grade wrestlers March 28-30, 2025 in Virigina Beach, VA.
